Usain Bolt confirmed suffering a grade one hamstring tear at Jamaicas Olympic trials on Friday but the star sprinter expects to secure his place at the Rio Games by proving his fitness at the London Anniversary Games later this month. Sam Steel Ducks Jersey .Bolt withdrew from the final of the mens 100m after Friday nights semi-finals as Yohan Blake went on to win the trial in 9.95 seconds. After feeling discomfort in my hamstring after the first round last night (Thursday) and then again in the semi-final tonight (Friday) I was examined by the Chief Doctor of the National Championships and diagnosed with a Grade 1 tear, Bolt said on his official Facebook account.I have submitted a medical exemption to be excused from the 100m final and the remainder of the National Championships.I will seek treatment immediately and hope to show fitness at the London Anniversary Games on July 22 to earn selection for the Olympic Games in Rio, the two-time Olympic 100 metre and 200 metre gold medallist added.Bolt had clocked 10.04 seconds to win semi-final one after a poor start. His withdrawal does not mean he would miss the Rio Olympics, where Bolt is expected to defend his 100m and 200m titles.Unlike the United States, where the first three finishers in the trials win Olympic berths, Jamaicas selection policy allows medical exemptions. His coach Glen Mills told Reuters that efforts were made since Thursday night to get Bolt ready for Fridays semi-final and final. The therapist did a good job working on him but in a couple of hours to come and run, he felt it again, Mills said.Hamstring injuries are always serious. The fact that he couldnt run, showed it is serious, but well see what happens between now and (the Olympics), Mills said at trackside after another of his charge, Blake, won the trial.Bolt also posted a photo of receiving treatment on his instagram page. Jean-Sebastien Giguere Ducks Jersey . "Were just throwing s--- at the wall hoping something sticks," said Tortorella about the possible line combinations for Fridays game against Columbus. The Canucks have lost five straight games and six of their last seven, leaving them in a logjam in the Pacific Division, currently sitting fifth - good for ninth in the Western Conference. ARLINGTON, Texas -- The momentum quickly turned for 10th-ranked Texas A&M when Trevor Knight, the quarterback already with two long touchdown runs, had another big play right after a huge defensive stand by the Aggies.Knight hit Josh Reynolds for a 92-yard tiebreaking TD pass two plays after 17th-ranked Arkansas was stopped three times from the 1, ending a 19-play drive that took nearly 10 minutes, and the Aggies went on to a 45-24 victory late Saturday night.A big-time momentum-changer, Knight said.Reynolds caught the ball in stride just short of midfield and quickly shed defensive back DJ Dean on his way to the end zone to break a 17-all tie and put the Aggies (4-0, 2-0 Southeastern Conference) ahead to stay.Texas A&M has won five straight against the Razorbacks (3-1, 0-1), all since joining the SEC in 2012.This game has been something else, Aggies coach Kevin Sumlin said. I was proud of our guys. They hung in there, and it just really showed the maturity of our team tonight. The long catch-and-run by Reynolds came two plays after Keon Hatcher was tackled by Armani Watts for a 5-yard loss on fourth down, ending the drive that started after A&M fumbled from the Arkansas 2.Everybody talks about fourth-down stops, but it took three others to create a fourth-down stop, you know, from closer than that, Sumlin said. So it wasnt just the fourth-down stop. It was the three before it.Quarterback Austin Allen was stopped twice from the 1, though officials reviewed the third-down run before ruling the play stood. One overhead replay showed just how close the ball was to the goal line, with Allens tight end basically pulling him toward the end zone.Ive got to believe that the right call was made, Arkansas coach Bret Bielema said. It took forever. When those reviews take that long, usually its because theyre going to get overturned. Obviously a huge, huge play.Earlier, the Razorbacks had to settle for a field goal after six snaps from the 2 on the same series.Knights 48-yard TD run just before halftime tied the game at 17, after an earlier 42-yard scoring run. He finished with 10 rushes for 159 yards, the last a 62-yarder on third down in the final minute of the game. Were trying to grow with Trevor. I think tonight he struggled early throwing, but he got running, and that was it, Sumlin said. Sommebody asked me what his best stat is, and I said its winning. Andrew Cogliano Ducks Jersey. THE TAKEAWAYArkansas: The Razorbacks just squandered too many good chances. Along with that long drive in the third quarter that got them nothing, and the field goal after all the snaps from the 2, Rawleigh Williams fumbled just short of the end zone in the first half when it looked like the Razorbacks were about to go ahead by 10. That was one of three lost fumbles.Texas A&M: At 4-0 for the third straight season, a first since 1939-41, the Aggies finished strong against Arkansas for an emphatic victory after needing overtime to beat Arkansas the last two years. While it remains to be seen if they can truly challenge No. 1 Alabama for the SEC West title, Knight looks comfortable. He also threw for 225 and two scores.AILING AGGIETexas A&M receiver Rickey-Seals Jones suffered an apparent left ankle injury before halftime and was in a walking boot after the game. Sumlin wouldnt comment on his status.TOUGH ALLENAllen stumbled off the field clearly in pain after taking a hard shot on a third-down incompletion midway through the second quarter. The backup quarterback was warming up while Allen was getting tended to for what was called a bruised chest, but the junior quarterback showed his toughness and didnt missed a snap. He completed 28 of 42 passes for 371 yards and two touchdowns.Hes OK. Sore. Hell be real sore tomorrow, Bielema said. Hes a tough guy obviously. I think our guys know that. I appreciate that about him.POLL IMPLICATIONSArkansas: Since there are a pair of two-loss teams below them in the poll, and the Razorbacks at times outplayed a top-10 team, they certainly are good enough to still be ranked, though they likely will drop at least a couple of spots.Texas A&M: The Aggies will stay in the top 10, though there is little room for upward movement because of all the higher-ranked winners.UP NEXTArkansas: Razorbacks head home for their final nonconference game next Saturday against FCS team Alcorn State.Texas A&M: Aggies play away from Kyle Field for the third consecutive week when they go to South Carolina next Saturday.---AP college football website: www.collegefootball.ap.orgCheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

The season came to a crashing halt for the Toronto Maple Leafs Monday night in Boston. http://www.hockeycapitalsnhl.com/authentic-john-carlson-capitals-jersey/ . With a seemingly insurmountable 4-1 lead over the Bruins midway through the third period, Nathan Hortons goal made Leaf fans a little nervous. When Milan Lucic scored with less than two minutes to play, the clock seemed to stop running. And when Patrice Bergeron scored the game-tying goal in the final minute of regulation, the collapse was all but complete. Bergerons overtime winner almost seemed inevitable. No doubt, Leaf fans used some choice words as they watched their teams season disintegrate in a matter of minutes. But before Monday nights loss, they also used many superlatives to describe their team that was not expected to make the playoffs. Throughout this lockout-shortened campaign, many different words have been used to describe the Leafs season but if you could use just one, what would it be? If you go back to January, the season began with low expectations so perhaps encouraging would be the appropriate word at this point. The team showed improvement throughout the season and, with one week to go in the schedule, had an opportunity to finish first in the Northeast Division and claim the second seed in the Eastern Conference. Despite finishing fifth in the conference, it marked the first time in nine years there was playoff hockey in Toronto. If you had been told the Leafs would lose in the first round of the playoffs back then, that would seem like a good accomplishment. However, when the Leafs rebounded from a 3-1 series deficit and held a sizeable lead in the third period of Game 7, advancing to the second round seemed like a foregone conclusion. But knowing how Game 7 ended, maybe collapse is the best way to define the season. With all the momentum in Blue and White, many of the feel-good thoughts were replaced by bitter disappointment as many realized a rare opportunity had been missed. With higher expectations comes a greater chance to be letdown, a feeling Leafs fans all too well. With the team exceeding the early expectations but not meeting the new levels, rollercoaster could be the operative word. They started off slowly, climbed up during the regular season to the summit of the playoffs before crashing down at an alarming rate. There were plenty of ups and downs but it was a great ride. For those who have witnessed all the trials and tribulations of the Leafs over the years, perhaps typical is the right word to use. As the team with the longest Stanley Cup drought, failures have been more plentiful than successes so its not surprising that they would steal defeat from the jaws of victory. The law of averages just doesnt seem to hold for the Leafs. These are just some of the words that could be used to describe the 2012-13 season in Toronto but there are plenty more words in the dictionary. If you could use just one word to the describe the Leafs season, what would it be? As always, its Your! Call. Authentic Customized Capitals Jerseys . Paige connected on a 3-pointer as part of a 7-0 spurt that pushed Colorado States lead to 63-51 with 2:22 remaining and the Buffaloes did not threaten after that. The Rams led 30-27 at halftime, using an 11-2 burst late in the period to surge in froont after trailing for most of the opening half. http://www.hockeycapitalsnhl.com/authentic-rod-langway-capitals-jersey/. FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. Connor Murphy Coyotes Jersey Authentic . -- Jared Cornelius scored on a 6-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter to lift No. 22 Arkansas to a 34-30 win over No. 12 Mississippi on Saturday night. The win is the third in a row for the Razorbacks (5-2, 1-2 SEC) over the Rebels, who have now lost three of their first six games a season after winning the Sugar Bowl.Austin Allen was 19-of-32 passing for 229 yards and three touchdowns for Arkansas, giving the junior an SEC-best 18 touchdown passes for the season. Rawleigh Williams added a career-high 180 yards rushing on 27 carries for the Razorbacks, who bounced back following a 49-30 loss at home to No. 1 Alabama a week ago.I told the guys, `Lets do whatever we have to do to protect this house, Arkansas coach Bret Bielema said. They never wavered and needed help from the crowd, and they delivered.Chad Kelly accounted for 342 yards of total offense for Ole Miss (3-3, 1-2), throwing for 253 yards and rushing for 89 more. The senior also threw for a touchdown and ran for two more.Evan Engram led the Rebels with seven catches for 111 yards and a touchdown. The two teams played an overtime thriller a year ago in Oxford , a game in which Arkansas completed a miraculous fourth-and-25 on its way to a 53-52 victory. They also entered Saturday with the two most efficient quarterbacks in the SEC, and neither Kelly nor Allen disappointed. The duo combined for 571 yards of total offense. It was Cornelius, however, who had the final say with his 6-yard touchdown run with 2:20 remaining.Ole Miss had one more drive following Arkansas go-ahead score, but Kelly fumbled on a fourth-and-16 scramble that came up short. Were in the games and competing, Rebels coach Hugh Freeze said. Weve got to see the big picture, even though its hard to right now, sitting here.THE TAKEAWAYOle Miss: The Rebels entered the game 102nd in the country in total defense, allowing 449.4 yards per game. They once again struggled on Saturday by allowing 429 total yards to Arkansas, a number that was more than 450 before the Razorbacks purposely took several large losses while running out the clock on the games final drive.Arkansas: The Razorbacks still have offensive line concerns after allowing three more sacks of Allen, but they moved the ball consistently through the air and on the ground -- giving them renewed hope with only SEC games remaining this season.POLL IMPLICATIONSArkansas was in danger of falling out of the rankings, but now its likely to once again push its way into the top 20 -- perhaps even surpassing the Rebels. The Razorbacks only losses this season are to No. 1 Alabama and No. 6 Texas A&M.UP NEXTOle Miss: The Rebels are on the road for the second straight week, traveling to Baton Rouge to face LSU.Arkansas: The Razorbacks play for the eighth straight week to open the season, traveling to No. 23 Auburn next week. Jordan Martinook Coyotes Jersey Authentic . Last week we started our quest to review all 132 cards from Hearthstones Mean Streets of Gadgetzan, with the first two parts of our comprehensive card review and our exclusive reveal and roundtable discussion of Grimestreet Pawnbroker. Our first set of reviews focused on class and tri-class cards this expansion; now we move on to the neutrals announced so far.We start off with the Big-Time Racketeer, six-mana 1/1 that summons a 6/6 Little Friend (I love Scarface references). The first thing I ask myself on a card that isnt vanilla is How can this be exploited in a win condition? Six-mana 7/7 is perfectly reasonable in itself, but theres not a ton of synergy with cards it likely will be paired with. The exception is Brann Bronzebeard, who triggers Battlecry twice, but Brann has trouble surviving a turn -- making Brann + Racketeer a win condition -- and 13/13 of stats for 10 mana that doesnt affect the board isnt really that great. Fine in Arena, where stats rule.Im always on the lookout for anti-aggro tools, and the Second-Rate Bruiser fits the cards here. By becoming a three-mana 4/5 with taunt if your opponent has three minions -- and insane amount of value -- it fills a needed role, buying time if playing against low-curve decks flooding the board with tokens. A 4/5 minion with taunt isnt exciting on Turn 5 otherwise, but its not a dreadful card that loses you the game if you play it.Kooky Chemist, Crazed Alchemists (a two-mana 2/2 with the same text) bigger cousin, doesnt strike me as a card likely to see competitive play. Two additional mana for 2/2 stats is worse than a vanilla two-mana minion, and if you want the effect, you can just choose to play Crazed Alchemist for fewer mana. Might see some play in Arena, but likely a little below average.Another early-game card, where Second-Rate Bruiser tries to be the new Sludge Belcher, Mistress of Mixtures is an attempt to replace the beloved Zombie Chow. 2/2 is a worse line than 2/3 at fighting for board, but you also get four health back, where Zombie Chow only healed the opponent for five. This is significant because control decks that would use this card would sometimes see their health a little too low when the Face Hunter simply ignored Zombie Chow and went face. For neutral legendaries, we start off with Patches the Pirate, a Stonetusk Boar that gets played for free whenever you have a Pirate. On the surface, the effect looks exploitable, but I think this card wont be as solid as many in the community think. It does give you a free 1/1 and thins out your Pirate deck. However, to make a one-turn-kill deck, you likely need to be playing Gang Up, but then youre stuck having Gang Up, which wont always be able to hit this target. In a pure Pirate deck, youll frequently not be able to play this at the moment you want because a Pirate deck needs to play pirates. For cool artwork and concept, Finja, the Flying Star is tough to beat. Unfortunately, it doesnt really fit Murloc burst decks, and the old-style Murloc decks, where you just stuff in every good Murloc, arent good enough these days.Madam Goya is a card with interesting possibilities, but one I think that will not see that much play. Why? Because she needs a deck around her to make her effect work well, but that effect itself isnt good enough. If it were, wed see competitive YShaarj decks and Varian Wrynn be more than a very niche choice in Control Warrior. A six-mana 4/3 has to have an effect thats completely bananas to see play, and this one doesnt. Sure, you can get a second Reno Jackson effect off, but you can already do this with one of the Brewmaster cards, and preciselly zero people are doing this in high-level play. Louis Domingue Coyotes Jersey Authentic. Auctionmaster Beardo would be terrific if Inspire decks were a thing. Theyre not, and Blizzard hasnt done anything with the mechanic since the Grand Tournament was released, so there likely arent yet-to-be-unveiled cards that will make this card bonkers. A three-mana 3/4 has good stats, so this will mostly be seen in Arena, where you do sometimes end up with Murloc Knight or Kvaldir Raider. Thunder Bluff Valiant is the only card I see that can really exploit this, but I dont think its good enough for Midrange Shaman, which, while very much a fan of triggering the Valiant twice, wants to already have a scary board by the Turn 9 required for this combo.Friendly Bartender is a straightforward card to look at. We have lots of two-mana 2/3 cards that do something, and in this case, the something just isnt that appealing. Just not good enough, but will at least exist in Arena.Thats more than can be said for the Wind-up Burglebot, which too often will be simply a six-mana 5/5 with no effect, which is absolutely dreadful. Whats the dream for this card? That you play this on a board of token on Turn 6 and start clearing a token every turn? Cards are nice, but if you actually have time to take advantage of this effect, youve probably won anyway, so the card doesnt do anything of value. The Fel Orc Soulfiend is a tricky card to value. Getting a three mana 3/5 on turn three is terrific, but its also a card that will die on its own if you dont invest mana in it to keep it alive. I can see some shenanigans in a Priest deck, but the problem is youd need a Priest deck that actually chooses to play Silence or Purify, and in that case, Injured Blademaster and Circle of Healing are the more useful combo. This will see play in Arena, however, as it can remove a 3/2 or a 4/3 and survive a turn unless the opponent invests another minion or a costly ping into dealing with it.Windfury is one of the more difficult mechanics for Blizzard to manage, as theres a fine line between a card being superpowerful and overpriced and unplayable. The Grook Fu Master is probably on the latter line but would be insane at one fewer mana! Its too costly, and like Windfury Harpy and Thrallmar Farseer, both similar cards that are a bit too expensive, will only see some edge play in Arena. Whirling Zap-o-Matic remains the only successful Windfury card that doesnt have crazy burst potential (as in Raging Worgen and AlAkir the Windlord).Im surprised that the Worgen Greaser wasnt named the Worgen Rager, given the theme of high attack/low health and unplayability. A four-mana 6/3 is no more playable than a three-mana 5/2. The developers have said that all expansions are going to have some bad cards. This is one of them.Meh. Thats my only reaction to the Backroom Bouncer, a four-mana 4/4 that needs a lot to go right to be playable. You need at least one minion to die just to make it a 5/4, and if you wanted to play a 5/4, there are already a lot of them to choose from. A 6/4 or a 7/4 gets a bit more interesting, but the four health makes it easily removable no matter how large it gets. Id rather play a guaranteed 7/4 Ancient Shade at the same cost and risk the seven health instead of killing three of my own minions. And Im not playing Ancient Shade (nor are you). This article is part of a series analyzing the cards in the Mean Streets of Gadgetzan Hearthstone expansion. LOS ANGELES -- Dustin Brown slumped in front of his locker and contemplated the final minutes of Game 2 with the same bewildered wonder felt by all those joyous Kings fans streaming out of Staples Center. Mitchell Stephens Jersey . With three minutes left, the San Jose Sharks appeared to be cruising toward a well-deserved win over Los Angeles. After two penalties and two dynamic power-play goals, the Kings were halfway to the Western Conference finals. And even the Kings werent quite sure how they got there. Brown tied it with 1:43 left and Trevor Lewis scored the tiebreaking power-play goal 22 seconds later, propelling the defending Stanley Cup champions to a 4-3 victory Thursday night and a 2-0 series lead. "Its huge, I guess," Brown said. "Two minutes left, down one, its about capitalizing. The power play is about scoring big goals, and we found a way to do that. Were happy with the result, but we have to play better. We cant let it get to that situation every night." Brown scored during a 5-on-3 advantage and Lewis provided the winner on a loose puck with 1:21 left, sending Staples Center into shocked celebration. The Kings won their 12th straight home game since March and their sixth straight post-season game, but only after getting outplayed for long stretches and needing late-game magic to thrive. "Its a roller coaster, but when you go through the experience of everything we did last year, you keep your emotions in check," Brown said. "Even when that happens, you know theres a lot of work still to do." Game 3 is Saturday night at the Shark Tank. Jeff Carter scored on the Kings first shot and added an assist on Browns goal. Drew Doughty scored an early power-play goal for Los Angeles, which didnt really get rolling until the third period -- and with two late goals, the Kings landed one of the most amazing victories in their relatively thin playoff history. "We found a way," Los Angeles coach Darryl Sutter said. "You know what? The power play was on. Weve been talking about it. Weve been getting good looks and good opportunities and not finishing, and we got it from different guys." Jonathan Quick made 28 saves for the Kings, tying Kelly Hrudeys franchise record with his 26th career playoff victory. Antti Niemi stopped 27 shots for the Sharks, but was powerless to stop the Kings power play. Marc-Edouard Vlasic scored his first career playoff goal with 11:04 to play for the Sharks, who were doomed by their late penalties after rallying from an early two-goal deficit. Coach Todd McLellan left his team alone in the dressing room afterward. "I liked our game," McLellan said. "Well meet (Friday) at the rink, and Ill tell our team that. The thing I like about our team, maybe in the past, this would have bothered our team more, but with the group of guys we have, I think we can recover from this." Patrick Marleau and Brad Stuart scored second-period goals for the Sharks, who largely dominated the first two periods with another barrage of superior speed and skill. None of it mattered when the Kings charged ahead. "Weve got to put it behind us," said Stuart, who had a goal and an assist. "Theres two ways for us to respond. We can either fold up and say, Oh, at least we tried, or we can say, You know what? We can win. "I think 5-on-5, we were the better team. We keep doing those kinds of things, well get our wins. Thats what we have to do. We have to respond in that way. Were being tested, and its about how were going to respond. The key for us is to come out and do a lot of the same things we were doing tonight." After Vlasics score on a rebound of Stuarts shot off the end boards, the Sharks seemed to be cruising to a win -- until Stuart was whistled for tripping with 2:41 to play. Just 22 seconds later, Vlasic joined him in the box when he shot the puck over the glass, although Vlasic claimed the puck had deflected off Carter. The Kings scored 36 seconds later, with Brown pounding home his second goal of the post-season. Lewis got the winner shortly after the ensuing faceoff, finding a loose puck on the back side of a scrum in front of Niemi after a shot by rookie Tyler Toffoli. Lewis hadnt scored in the post-season, but the depth forward scored two goals in the Kings Cup-clinching win over New Jersey last June. "Power play got it done in the end when we needed it most," Lewis said. "Weve got some work to do to clean things up, but its a big win for us." The Kings played without veteran centre Jarret Stoll, who didnt return to Game 1 after a hit from San Joses Raffi Torres late in the second period. Torres was suspended for the rest of the series Thursday by the NHLs Department of Player Safety for his illegal check to the head after a hearing in New York. Brad Richardson contributed a key power-play assist while filling in for Stoll. Los Angeles has won six straight home playoff games dating to last seasons Stanley Cup clincher, but none was more surprising than this victory. The Sharks appeared to be sure Quick couldnt steal another win after the Kings took the opener despite getting outshot 35-20. Quicks streak of more than 125 minutes of shutout hockey ended in the second period with two quick San Jose goals. Vlasic then gave San Jose its first lead with a rebound goal on Stuarts shot off the end boards midway through the period, capping a lengthy scramble near Quicks net. Vlasic didnt score a goal in his first 73 career playoff games. The Kings were forced to make several changes in the absence of Stoll, the third-line centre and faceoff specialist who excels on special teams. Stoll was replaced by Richardson, who played 13 post-season games during the Kings championship run last summer. The Sharks replaced Torres by juggling their lineup, promoting Joe Pavelski to the second line and using several new combinations. Tim Kennedy was in uniform for just his second game of the post-season for San Jose, which also played without injured forward Marty Havlat. NOTES: Sharks F Adam Burish sat out his second straight game after playing in all four games against Vancouver. He was replaced again by Bracken Kearns. Havlat hasnt played since the playoff opener in Vancouver while nursing a lower-body injury. ... Richardson hadnt played since the Kings playoff opener against St. Louis on April 30. He appeared in just 16 regular-season games. ... Quick hadnt allowed a goal since early in the second period of the Kings series-clinching win over St. Louis six days earlier. Anton Stralman Lightning Jersey . SAN JOSE, Calif. Terry Steinbach Jersey . -- Raffi Torres showed the San Jose Sharks during his short stint both the attributes that make him a valuable player and the negatives of his suspension-filled history that sidelined him for the final six games of the playoffs. General manager Doug Wilson decided that the rewards outweighed the risks, signing Torres to a $6 million, three-year deal Thursday that prevents him becoming an unrestricted free agent July 5. "Every player comes with some level of risk and obviously were very comfortable with this," Wilson said. "Hes really transformed and evolved his game. Hes a very effective player. I wont comment and cant comment on the suspension in the playoffs. We think he brings all the skill sets were looking for: speed, strength, he can shoot and he has a high skill level to play with high-end players." Torres showed those skills almost immediately after coming over in a deadline deal from Phoenix on April 3. He had two goals and four assists in 11 regular season games and provided a needed spark with his speed and physical play that helped San Jose wrap up a playoff spot. He then scored an overtime game-winner in Game 2 of first-round sweep against Vancouver and turned himself into a key component on the Sharks. That all ended when he hit Los Angeles Jarret Stoll in Game 1 of the second round against Los Angeles. Pointing to a long history of impermissible hits that included a 21-game suspension for a blow to the head of Chicagos Marian Hossa in the 2012 playoffs, NHL senior vice-president of player safety Brendan Shanahan banned Torres for the rest of the second round. It was his fourth career suspension. Wilson and the Sharks said at the time that it was a "clean hockey hit" and the principal point of contact was with Stolls shoulder, not head. The organization was fined $100,000 for the comments, but Torres appreciated the strong support. Torres had committed only six minor penalties in 39 regular games since returning from the Hossa suspension in an effort to change his game. "I still feel like there wasnt anything wrong with that Stoll hit," Torres said. "At the end of the day, its something that Im always going to be working on until the day Im done playing -- thinking the game a little bit more and obviously try not to put myself in a vulnerable position with those borderline hits." The Sharks felt Torres absence as it forced Joe Pavelski to move from third-line centre to wing on one of the top lines and hurt the scoring depth that was key to San Joses success in the stretch run. Instead of having a third line of Pavelski, Torres and either Marty Havlat or Tommy Wingels, the Sharks had to load up their top two lines and got little production from their bottom six forwards. "Thats a line thats tough to match up with and I think would have been a big mismatch," Wilson said. "That was part of the thought process when we did it at the trade deadline to be able to put people in the proper roles. We did miss him." Now they will have him for three years in a deal that gives Torres the stability he had been seeking. Since being traded from Edmonton to Columbus following the 2007-08 season, Torres has played for five teams and has not spent two full seasons with any of them. "Pretty much since I left Edmonton, its been tough," he said. "You felt like you had to reprove yourself. I felt like I had to do that a couple of times in my career. I still feel like I have a lot more to give to this game especially now with the Sharks. Knowing there will be stability there is something I look forward to. I wont have to worry about anything else except going out there and playing hard." Torres has 134 goals and 121 assists in 630 career games, with his most productive season coming when he scored 27 goals in 2005-06 to help Edmonton make it to the Stanley Cup finals. Coco Crisp Jersey . FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- The Atlanta Falcons continue to protect their NFC South lead by finding productive replacements for injured starters. The latest evidence of the teams depth came in Sundays 38-19 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Fill-in starters Matt Wile and Jalen Collins and backup receiver Taylor Gabriel were three players highlighted by coach Dan Quinn on Monday as playing crucial roles in the win.The Falcons (7-4) will take a one-game lead over Tampa Bay into this weeks game against Kansas City (8-3).Collins, a second-round pick in 2015, is in the spotlight as the replacement for star cornerback Desmond Trufant, who has missed two straight games with a shoulder/pectoral injury that could end his season.Atlanta players have accepted the likelihood that Trufant is facing season-ending surgery. That loss is truly significant, but we have got guys behind him like Jalen Collins, defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux said after Sundays game. We also have a lot of young guys behind him as well that are ready to compete. I dont think the drop-off will be too big. We have got guys that are hungry.Quinn challenged Collins and cornerbacks Robert Alford and Brian Poole to defend Arizona receivers close to the line. Collins shared the team lead with six tackles, including one for a loss, against Arizona.I really appreciated him competing, Quinn said of Collins Monday. ... He had difficult matchups on a number of good players and he just kept responding. Were anxious to see where he goes, but for me his arrow is certainly trending up.Quinn said the team would add another defensive back this week if Trufant is placed on injured reserve.Wile excelled in his NFL debut as regular punter Matt Bosher missed the game with a hamstring injury. Wile averaged 58 yards on two punts and had toouchbacks on each of his seven kickoffs. Jose Canseco Athletics Jersey. Sean Weatherspoon was placed on IR while DeVondre Campbell missed four games and Deion Jones missed one game.Quinn said it is important to recognize the value of every backup.Thats why we push each guy to take them as far as we can, knowing when your opportunity is called, youre ready to answer, he said. Thats one of the best ways to demonstrate earning respect from your teammate. Heres my opportunity, Im going to go nail it.Game notes Quinn said DE Adrian Clayborn, who left the game with a knee injury, will see a doctor this week. The New York Rangers made the playoffs for the third straight season, but it wasnt enough for head coach John Tortorella to keep his job. Nike Vapormax College Navy . Off-Season Game Plan looks at a Rangers team facing changes this summer, not least of which is a new man in charge behind the bench. Alain Vigneault, recently fired in Vancouver, wasnt out of work long and joins the Rangers with expectations to win, and win now. What Vigneault brings to the table, in addition to 806 career regular season games and at least reaching the second round in five of seven playoff appearances, is strategic use of his top scorers. In Vancouver, the Sedins took more faceoffs in the offensive zone than anyone else, leaving Manny Malhotra and others to take the vast majority of defensive zone faceoffs. Translating that to New York, that figures to give Rick Nash a steady diet of offensive zone draws. Nash was already leaning that way (60.1% last season), but expect his usage to be tilted even more. GM Glen Sather explained the coaching change this way: "It was getting to be so hard on some of our players. We needed to make a change to give them a little fresh life and more of an optimistic view of how to play." The biggest decision facing the Rangers this summer will be what to do with Brad Richards. Signed as a free agent in the summer of 2011, Richards struggled in the shortened season, but fell totally flat in the playoffs, getting sent to the press box for the last two games in Round Two. With a new coach, maybe the Rangers will be inclined to give Richards another shot next season, particularly since a compliance buyout is a big cheque to write for Richards to play somewhere else, so its possible that Richards gets another chance in 2013-2014, but no matter which way that decision goes, its going to be a msjor decision for Sather and company. The TSN.ca Rating is an efficiency rating based on per-game statistics including goals and assists -- weighted for strength (ie. power play, even, shorthanded) -- plus-minus, hits, blocked shots, giveaways, takeaways, penalty differential and faceoffs. (Stats are listed in this format: G-A-PTS, +/-, PIM, GP). Generally, a replacement-level player is around a 60, a top six forward and top four defenceman will be 70-plus, stars will be over 80 and MVP candidates could go over 90. (His 17 even-strength goals ranked sixth.) Yes, Nash is paid big money and with that comes an expectation of production when it matters most, in the playoffs, but the Rangers ought to be very happy with the early returns from the 29-year-old power forward. Team captain Ryan Callahan has been a consistent goal-scorer and frequent hitter, earning more and more ice time, up to a career-high 21:31 per game in 2013. Over the last three seasons, Callahan has 68 goals in 181 games, hit 0.38 goals per game tied for 22nd with Marian Hossa, Taylor Hall and Ryan Kesler. Real-time stats have to be taken with a grain of salt at the best of times, and perhaps pounds of salt when coming from Madison Square Garden, but Callahan has also finished among the top dozen forwards in hits for five consecutive seasons and among the top five forwards in blocked shots for each of the last four seasons. Its that willingness to lay his body on the line that makes the blue-collar winger the captain of a marquee franchise. A healthy scratch in the playoffs after managing one point in 10 postseason contests, Brad Richards is now in danger of having his contract bought out, as the Rangers see a way to get out from a cap hit of $6.667-million through 2020. Thats a lot of money to pay someone not to play, however, so its still conceivable that the Blueshirts could give Richards another season before deciding on a compliance buyout next summer. The strange thing about Richards playoff collapse is that he was crucial to their efforts to get there, scoring 16 points in the last games of the regular season. There are 13 centres to score at least 100 points over the last two (er, one-and-a-little-more-than-a-half) NHL seasons and Richards is one of them. Coming to New York in the Marian Gaborik trade may have been a career-saver for Derick Brassard, the sixth overall pick in 2006 who had scuffled along for the last four-plus seasons before he arrived in Manhattan and, between regular season and playoffs, scored 23 points in 25 games. If hes back on track as an offensive performer, that gives the Rangers more flexibility down the middle; potentially enough flexibility to cut Richards loose and not be left with a gaping hole for a point-producing pivot. A hulking winger who has a history with new coach Alain Vigneault, Taylor Pyatts point production last season (0.23 per game) was the lowest of his career. Hes as strong as they come, but doesnt use that to his advantage consistently enough and that leaves him in a depth role at this stage of his career. Following a couple of productive seasons in which he emerged into a more prominent role, Brian Boyle struggled last season, finishing with a career-low minus-13 and getting scratched at times. He was better in the postseason, earning significant ice time, an indication that he could still be counted on in a top-nine role going forward. A tough winger who worked himself into a regular checking role with Columbus, Derek Dorsett didnt get into a Rangers jersey until the playoffs. Acquiring Dorsett, a scrapper who can play a bit, seemed to be a tacit admission that the Rangers missed the presence of Brandon Prust, who signed with Montreal as a free agent last summer. After making his debut with the Rangers in 2012 playoffs, scoring five goals and seven points in 18 games, Chris Kreider was expected to be a regular for the Rangers last season, but he struggled in the AHL (23 points, minus-11 in 48 games) and couldnt get into a regular spot when he was called up, managing three points in 23 games while playing about 10 minutes per game. A rare combination of size (6-foot-3, 230 pounds) and skating ability gives Kreider potential to be an impact player, but hell have to be much better next season. Darroll Powe is a hard-hitting checker but also failed to register a point in 42 games last season, setting a record (since time on ice has been tracked) for the most minutes played by a forward without a point. Derek Stepan made a quantum leap forward in his third season, setting career-high rates across the board (goals per game, assists per game, time on ice per game) as well as plus-minus. Hes the Rangers No. 1 centre now and likely looking at a big payday this summer. After scoring 28 points in 44 games with Metallurg in the KHL, Mats Zuccarello re-joined the Rangers late in the year, and had 15 points in 27 regular season plus playoff games. Hes tiny, but carries a long stick and has the offensive instincts to help in a supporting role. Speedy winger Carl Hagelin wasnt quite as productive as he was in his rookie year, but hes a puck possession beast and is one of 10 players, since 2000, to start his career with two double-digit plus seasons. If the Rangers keep Richards, then there isnt a lot of room to maneuver. Maybe a veteran checking winger or a full-time spot opens up for prospect J.T. Miller, but if Richards is bought out, then the Rangers will have room to make a bolder move in free agency. It would put them in the market for Patrik Elias, Stephen Weiss, Derek Roy or re-signing Ryane Clowe, the free agent power forward who was acquired from San Jose, but got hurt late in the season. Staal may not regain 100% of his vision, but is expected to be ready to play next season. If he can still fill a shutdown defensive role, that will be a major positive for the Rangers. The best puckhandler on the Rangers blueline, Michael Del Zotto ranks 21st among defencemen with 62 points over the last two seasons, but has struggled in the possession game as his minutes have climbed in recent seasons. Dan Girardi has led the league in blocked shots in two of the last three seasons (and finished in the top six for each of the last four seasons). Not surprisingly, his puck possession numbers arent strong, but some of that is a factor of playing a defensive role against the other teams top lines night after night. Though he played fewer than 12 minutes per game after coming over from Columbus, John Moore was more productive with the Rangers and saw his ice time go up to 17 minutes per game in the playoffs. A 22-year-old who is a tremendous skater with good size, hes still just getting started in his NHL career and has potential to get better. Though he usually contributes more offensively than he did last season, Anton Stralman had terrific puck possession stats, while playing admittedly protected minutes. Thats okay, territorial success from a third pairing defenceman is fine no matter how it happens. In three NHL seasons, Ryan McDonagh is plus-54, which ranks third over that span. Hes played more than 24 minutes per game in the last two seasons and should land a nice contract this summer. Michael Sauer hasnt returned to the ice since suffering a concussion against the Toronto Maple Leafs on December 5, 2011 and its a significant loss for the Rangers. He had a chance to be a top four defenceman, but thats light years away now as he deals with post-concussion effects. The Rangers have a steady enough top six returning on the blueline, but could use another veteran, possibly one who can handle the puck a bit. Ryan Whitney, Ron Hainsey or Marek Zidlicky could hold some appeal, if the price is right. A speedy winger who came into his own in the Swedish Elite League, Jesper Fast, a sixth-round pick in 2010, should get some apprenticeship in the AHL, but if he can handle the adjustment to North America, could move up quickly. Drafted in the fourth round in 2011, Michael St. Croix has 197 points in 144 WHL games over the last two seasons. Hell have time in the AHL to prove that his offence is legit at the pro level, but the playmaker could turn out to be a nice addition because of his offensive upside. A big, bad dude, Dylan McIlrath is more than just a puncher, as one might expect from the 10th pick in the 2010 draft, and McIlrath can play a physical role. He may be able to challenge for an NHL job soon. Size will be a challenge for Christian Thomas to overcome, but the 2010 second-round pick had a solid first pro campaign, tallying 19 goals. If he progresses next season, that could put him in line for a future spot. Drafted 28th overall last summer, Brady Skjei is a superb skater who doesnt offer much, if anything, offensively, but will have some time to round out his game at the University of Minnesota. An undrafted free agent, Marek Hrivik had a decent first pro season, though he missed significant time with a concussion. With another full year of seasoning in the AHL, he could be closer to challenging for a position with the Rangers. Acquired from the Phoenix Coyotes, Oscar Lindberg had a very productive season in the Swedish Elite League. Hes 21-years-old, which would seem a good time to come to North America to see how his game translates. A lanky forward with scoring potential, Cristoval Nieves needs time to round out his game and hell get that at the University of Michigan. Signed after his junior year at Massachusetts, Conor Allen is expected to provide steady two-way play on the blueline and an important addition given how thin the organizational depth is on defence. He also had six rebounds, five assists, three steals and was named the MVP of the Invitational.Mike Kotsar also had 16 points for South Carolina (6-0), which shot 45 percent (23 of 51). Andrew White III and Frank Howard added 10 points apiece. It was the second time in three seasons South Carolina knocked off a Top 25 team in Brooklyn. On Jan. 2, 2014, the Gamecocks had a 64-60 victory over No. 9 Iowa State. The Gamecocks had enough offense and has continued getting wins with its lockdown defense. After holding No. 25 Michigan to 19.2 percent shooting Wednesday, South Carolina limited the Orange to 31.8 percent, had 12 steals and forced 17 turnovers.Though South Carolina had some fans in the crowd, the game was played in front of a mostly pro-Syracuse crowd. Those fans tried to replicate the noise at the Carrier Dome by constantly being on their feet and counting down 5,4,3,2,1 to distract South Carolina into thinking the shot clock was winding down. The noise only worked on a limited basis for Syracuse.Lydon hit a 3-pointer with 17:05 remaining to get Syracuse within 40-32. While running back on defense, he clapped his hands emphatically imploring the orange-clad fans to make even more noise. Following a defensive stop, Lydon had another basket forcing South Carolina to call time out.Two free throws by White cut the deficit to 47-43 with 11:39 remaining but the Orange had Howard miss four free throws and Lydon miss an open 3-pointer. South Carolina took a 57-47 lead on a basket by Kotsar with about 3 minutes left and finished off the win at the free throw line, much to the delight of its fans who chanted Gamecocks, Gamecocks.BIG PICTUREouth Carolina: South Carolinas defense continued to hold teams to low shooting percentages and it could make the Gamecocks difficult to play against for other SEC teams. The Gamecocks have held teams under 40 percent in each of their six games.Syracuse: Lydon can take over at times and did not disappoint for at least the two NBA scouts in attendance to watch him.POLL IMPLICATIONS:The Gamecocks were not one of 16 teams to receive any Top 25 votes last week. That should change after South Carolina remained unbeaten with wins over No. 25 Michigan and No. 18 Syracuse.Syracuse will likely stay in the poll though it is unlikely the Orange will remain at No. 18. Out of the teams behind them in the poll, Baylor and Iowa State remained undefeated with tournament wins and likely will move ahead of the Orange in the next poll.HONORING PEARL WASHINGTON: Before the national anthem, there was a moment of silence of former Syracuse guard Dwayne Pearl Washington, who died of brain cancer on April 20. Former England opener Nick Knight, part of our Sky Sports commentary team in India, has been analysing the teams theyre up against…England Nick says: The squad is packed with fresh-faced, incredibly-talented individuals and there is flexibility in the batting order, with the option of promoting players like Jos Buttler up the order. Questions remain though, do they know what their best starting XI is and just how dependable is their fielding under pressure? England lost their last two T20 games against South Africa - their fifth defeat in a row in white-ball cricket - but before that they had won six T20 matches in a row, one of them after a Super Over. Keep your eye on Adil Rashid in what is an inexperienced bowling line-up. Imran Tahir goes into the tournament with some confidence after performing well against England but I wonder how effective the spin options offered by Aaron Phangiso and JP Duminy will be. Much will hinge on just how fit Dale Steyn is. South Africa remain an outstanding fielding side and possess a strong, powerful late middle-order with the likes of Chris Morris coming to the fore and showing a big-match temperament with bat and ball. Given the number of players they have with IPL experience, they should be good for a semi-final berth but do they have what it takes to win the tournament? Some experienced faces remain - Lasith Malinga, Tillakaratne Dilshan and Rangana Herath to name three but, there are a lot of new faces too. They have a great record in this tournament - and global tournaments in general - but this is something of a step into the unknown in some regards, although theyve had a chance to acclimatise to conditions during the Asia Cup. When you look down the squad and look at the ability of some of their individuals, you have to say theyve got a chance but admittedly the loss of Sunil Narine is a big blow. But even without him and the players like Kieron Pollard, they have game-changers. The batting can be dependent on Chris Gayle and Marlon Samuels, while the performances of captain Darren Sammy could be the key to their success. Their strength lies in their array of all-rounders with IPL experience, which means they bat deep. Will West Indies put an early dent in Englands title bid on Wednesday? Coach Graham Arnold believes Sydney FC are in championship-winning form and is holding faith the A-League leaders will rediscover their thirst for goals. Cheap Pelicans Jerseys China .The Sky Blues remain unbeaten and six points clear at the top of the table after a controversial late Bobo penalty rescued a point from second-placed Melbourne City, the same team that outplayed them in last weeks FFA Cup final. While the same front-third profligacy stopped Sydney gaining an early lead at ANZ Stadium on Friday night, the hosts dominated the first half and came back from a goal down despite playing with 10 men for the last 20 minutes.Arnold described it as his sides strongest performance of the campaign. At the moment things just arent bouncing for us but weve still got the quality, strength and belief to play like that and get the results, Arnold said.If youre getting into those areas and its the final ball you keep working on it, it was our best performance of the season and well get better. They bring an intense game and we play an intense game, and I thought it was a spectacle, a fantastic game to watch. The blockbuster was an ill-tempered contest in which Citys Argentine import Fernando Brandan turned from hero to villain, scoring a superb opener before blotting his copybook with a theatrical dive after a brush on the head from Rhyan Grant. The coach wasnt concerned with the slip in form of marquee winger Filip Holosko, who was ineffective and removed after an hour.Filip is carrying a bit of a knee, Arnold said.Hes a big powerful boy and in other games he may have scored one or two in the first 15-20 minutes. But its good I have options with Bernie (Ibini) coming on, and I had to make a real tough decision leaving David Carney out of the squad to freshen up - hes been carrying a bit of a calf. Cheap Pelicans Jerseys . NICEVILLE, Fla. -- Iowas Peter Jok won a personal scoring duel with a career high 42 points while Memphis Dedric Lawson put up 35, but Lawsons Tigers carried the day in a back-and-forth contest for third place in the Emerald Coast Classic.Jeremiah Martin pitched in with 14 points and hit a pair of three-pointers that brought Memphis from behind and put the Tigers ahead to stay Saturday for a 100-92 win in the consolation game. The game featured three ties and 15 lead changes before Martins two long-distance shots put the Tigers (5-1) up for good 68-65 after trailing Iowa (3-3) by a point early in the second half.Thats what its about, said Memphis coach Tubby Smith. Theyve got Peter, whos their ace in the hole and the guy they go to and we have Dedric Lawson. He had a double-double for us, plus he gives up the ball. Hes just a total all-around player.K.J. Lawson had 17 points, Markel Crawford scored 16 and Craig Randall II added 15 points for Memphis.Shout out to Iowa and Peter Jok, Dedric Lawson said. He was a phenomenal player for them tonight. I just wanted to get the win at the end of the day `cause we lost yesterday. I wanted to go home at least 1-1.Memphis lost to Providence in the semifinals.Jok, the Big 10s scoring leader, rebounded after No. 7 Virginia, which boasts the nations top scoring defense, held him to only 13 points in Iowas Fridays 74-41 semifinal loss. Jok was averaging 24.3 points per game going into Saturdays contest. Tyler Cook was the only other Hawkeye scoring in double figures with 17.Its a shame when you have a guy play that well that you cant ride that to victory, said Iowa Coach Fran McCaffery. Obviously a better effort than yesterday, but (giving up) 54 points in the paint is not a recipe for success.Virginia held Jok in check by denying him the ball and double teaming him.So I watched film last night and talked to my trainer, Jok said. He sent me some clips on what I needed to do today to have a better offensive game. Each team had a big run in the first half. Memphis opened a 12-point lead, the largest advantage for either team, with a 14-2 run that began witth Crawfords three-point shot to break a 7-7 tie. Cheap New Orleans Pelicans Jerseys. Iowa never could get closer than one point behind before the half ended with Memphis up 54-51.BIG PICTUREMemphis: Defeating the Big 10s Hawkeyes was redemption for the Tigers after blowing a 12-point lead in Fridays 60-51 semifinal loss to Providence out of the Big East. That loss knocked some of the luster off the Tigers 4-0 season-opening record against weaker opponents. Their schedule will strengthen in December against the likes of 5-1 Mississippi and 4-1 Oklahoma. The hometown Lawson brothers, sophomore Dedric and freshman K.J., led the Tigers in scoring and rebounding going into Saturdays game. Dedric averaged 20.4 points 11.6 rebounds per game and K.J. was second in both categories with 13.4 points and nine rebounds per game.Coach Tubby Smith has acknowledged the Tigers have had some growing pains early in his first year at the helm. Smith blamed himself for not having the team adequately prepared for the zone defense that Providence used to help erase the Tigers lead in Fridays game. Smith, though, said theres still plenty of time to improve before getting into the meat of the Tigers schedule.Iowa: The trip to the Florida Panhandle was a bust for the Hawkeyes even though they easily had the largest fan contingent at the Emerald Coast. The loss to Virginia left those fans stunned and showed the Hawkeyes have plenty of work to do despite a gaudy 96.2 scoring average going into the tournament. Virginia, which leads the nation in scoring defense, held Iowa to less than half that figure. The challenges will continue to mount with a visit to Notre Dame next on the agenda and visit from No. 21 Iowa State looming on Dec. 8.UP NEXT:Memphis: The Tigers host struggling Jackson State (1-4) on Wednesday.Iowa: The Hawkeyes visit 5-0 Notre Dame in the ACC-Big 10 Challenge on Tuesday. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

I was waiting for the team to call. General manager, coach, or whoever decides they need me to play for them, i will be ready. You can rest assured.I keep training every day.I keep the body because i know once the phone is ringing - not if i pick up the phone - I will be ready to join the team and make a contribution because it is my request when calling.

Williams said he had not signed with any team because it would make him unable to play in the wrestling match. He also said he was confident that he would find a job at some point in the next few months. Williams in the last season as Levi-Bell's bench to complete the 98 red ball made 343 yards 4 touchdowns.
