Jordans 2017 has continued its partnership with Feng Chen Wang for her SS18 Collection, presenting a unique "The Way Home" Air Jordan 1. With visible passion and sentiment bursting from the classic sneaker canvas, "The Way Home" Air Jordan 1 evokes warm gold tones meant to evoke a sunset as the end of the day's lengthy journey. Three-dimensional lettering then speaks forcefully towards the notion of homecoming, and her own childhood in China. Wang's logo appears customized at the Swoosh and tongue added further presentation to the foundational design.

Coming in two different colorways, the first iteration sees black pebbled-leather uppers with bronze accents, that also have clear plastic panels sewn at the heel and toe portion of the laces. These clear panels act as pockets to contain bronze alphabet letters — this use of a clear material is reminiscent to the COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Dunk High, that when worn, allow you to see your foot inside. Other details include an icy-blue outsole bottom and fabric patch at the heel of the outsole that reads "The Way Home."

Among the many goods on display was her heartfelt Air Jordan 1 collaboration. The shoe, which hit the runway during her New York Men's Fashion Week show, includes warm Gold tones meant to evoke the sunset at the end of a day's journey as well as three-dimensional lettering that speaks to the notion of homecoming to her childhood home in China. Feng's logo was also customized along the Swoosh and tongue.
